Ryan Hurley, founder of Gladiator Consulting, has over a decade of experience in Illinois politics. Throughout his career, he has worked on some of the most competitive races across the state, successfully electing Democrats at every level of government. Ryan began his political journey working to elect Democrats to the Illinois House before spending nearly five years with the Illinois Senate Democratic Fund, where he played a crucial role in securing victories in both primary and general elections.
With a deep understanding of organized labor, grassroots organizing, and coalition-building, Ryan has built strong relationships across the political landscape, helping candidates navigate complex campaigns, and delivering results. His expertise spans campaign strategy, fundraising, messaging, and field operations, ensuring that his clients are well-positioned to win.
